HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Assalamualaikum and a very good morning . today i would post about how to led a healthy lifestyle

we can categorized it into 3 category which is :

1) food
2) exercise
3) our daily habits or routine



lets start with the food that we eat everyday

1) FOODS

first thing first is , you need  to choose what you want to eat in the right amount of cabrs or vitamin and fats that stated in the food pyramid 


- choose food that contain less amount of fats
- eat healthy fats in moderation
- choose a food that are low in sugar and highly carbohydrate
- do not eat processed food frequently
- eat variety of different whole food
-  it is highly recommended that you buy an organic food .


2) EXERCISES


1 Start and finish your workout with stretching. Gentle stretching will warm up your muscles before you work out and will relax your muscles after you work out.2 Go to the gym 3 to 5 times per week.3 Exercise in your neighborhood.


3) DAILY HABITS

1 Avoid playing with your dietwhen you achieve your ideal weight try to maintain it . Don't play with your dietary . improve your lifestyle  work hard to maintain your weight instead of cycling up and down the scale2 stay away from fad diets avoid taking diet pills and diets suppliment 3 exercise in moderationWorking out too long, too often or with too much intensity can increase your risk for injury. Make sure to build in some rest periods between your workouts.4 weight yourself daily and at the same time

HAI . today i would like to share things that i just learn which is type of websites .

there are 6 of them that i just learned which is

1) Portal
2) Blog
3) Wiki
4) Online Social Network
5) Business


1) PORTAL 

 A portal is a websites tat offers variety of internet services from single, convenient location .
 most o the offer a few free services such as search engines , News , sports and weather , web publishing , reference tools . also most of it have online communities that offers online photo album, chat rooms and other services to fascilitate communication among members . 

there are also wireless portal .Wireless Portal  is a portal designed for internet capable mobile device . it supports user with a smartphone or alphanumeric pager . 




2) BLOG



is an informal web site consisting of time-stamped articles , or post in a diary or journal format , usually listed in reverse chronological order 
it is a short for weblog. it became an important means of worldwide communication because blogs are created by businesses to communicate with their employee , customers and vendors . teacher also create one to collaborate with other teacher or students . while home users create blogs to share aspects of their personal life with family , friends and others . 

terms that used in blog are vlog . Microblog , Blogsphere , Vlogosphere , Blogger , Vlogger . 


3) WIKI



a type of collaborative web site that allows users tocreate , add to, modify , or delete the web site content via a browser . 
it can be modify by general public unlike blog which can be modify by the users only . 

4) Online Social Network 




it is a website that encourages members in its online community to share their interest , ideas , stories , photo , music and videos with other registered users . Also called ad social networking websites . A media sharing websites  is a specific type of online social network that enables members to share media such as photos, music and videos .

5) BUSINESS



A website contains content that promotes or sells product or services . 
it contains  content tat increases brand awareness and also provides company background or other information . 
almost every enterprise has a business website that aloows users to purchase their products os services online .

1) WWW

A world wide collection of electronic documents which is webpages 

each electronic document on the web is called webpage that can contain text, graphics, animation, audio and video . it usually have built in connection to other documents . 

there are two types of webpages which is static or dynamic 

STATIC WEB PAGE

visitor see all the same content 

DYNAMIC WEB PAGE 
 visitor can customize some or all the viewed content such as desired stock quotes , weather for a region or ticket availability for flights 

2) E-mail 



email is a transmission of messages and files via a computer network 

it consist of simple text or can contain attachments, such as documents, graphics, or audio / video clip. we can use e-mail program to create, send , receive , forward , store , print and delete e-mail messages 



3) Instant Messaging (IM)




Instant messaging is a real time internet communication service that notifies you when one or more you established contacts are online an then allows you to exchange messages or files or join a private chat room with them . 
some of IM supports video and audio 
examples of popular instant messaging that we always use are Facebook , WeChat , WhatsApp , 



4) VOiP ( voice over internet protocol )




VOiP is a conversation that takes place over the internet using a telephone connected to a computer, mobile device or other device. also called as Internet telephony 
it enables users to speak to other users via internet connection .
examples are , kakaotalk whatsapp call, skype



5) Messages Board


An online area in which users have written discussions about a particular subject 
Also called as online discussion or discusion forum . 



6) FTP ( File Transfer Protocol )


is An internet standard that permits file uploading and downloading with other computers on the internet .
example of FTP programs :  filezilla , Ableftp , smartftp

LIFE GOALS

Assalamualaikum and a very good morning to all of u .


HAI!!!!!!!!

i find that i've always enjoyed my life . eventhough sometimes life seems so tiring or it is hard to cope with people that day . the thing is , i want more . i've wasted my time on things that i didnt expect. so now , i want to do things that i want . so for today post i'm going to shaare about what to do . and i will show u my bucket list or list to do .

My post for today is about



1) MAKE A BUCKET LIST


list all the things you want to do in life . have fun or live in a graveyard . you live only once . why would u bother stressing out your life when you are given this wonderful life to do anything u want . 

2) NEVER LIMIT YOURSELF 


 open your mind . and never live in one place only . go travel . go BIG . be BIG . live like you'll die today .

3) GO FOR AN ADVENTURE 


make a plan . when decide where to go . when to go . how long . with whom you want to go . make a budget . go and do things u never done . things u afraid of . if u afraid of height . then go and do bungee jumping , sky diving or anything . and if u afraid of water . go and learn to swim and diving . everything need a time and if u didnt start now, when? 


4) MAKE THE 'IMPOSSIBLE' POSSIBLE .


hey ! if life seems unfair for u so does everyone . the things is , they survived it . they manage their life . so why cant us . theres  a wholo lot more people that has less than us . but they did succes doing what is impossible for them possible . dont discourage . 


5) HAVE A RELATIONSHIP 


love is essential . but not for everyone . if u yourself doesnt love yourself why would others . so to start a relationship it must start with u . loving yourself is the most important thing . but for certain people they dont think love or marriage is a necessary . because they have  everything . thus do things 


SO AS I PROMISE . I'LL TELL U ABOUT MY LIFE , MY BUCKET LIST OR TO DO LIST . AND JUST ME . 

MY BUCKET LIST 

0) be a good daughter 
1) To finish my study at least until degree
2) Treat my trauma and drive a car 
3) go bungee jumping (mom doesnt allow me )
4) go travel with friends . (abroad)
5) go to the zoo 
6)  get more organized
7) have my own cat house 
8) work 
9) get married 
10) grow old with loved one

0) be a good daughter

  why did i put it 0 and not 1 . it is because it is the most important one and not even any number can described that one .  

1) finish my study
2) treat my trauma 


 i'm afraid when it comes to drive a car . i have a very bad memories when it comes to drive a car thats why i dont want to have my own licence . 

3) go bungee jumping 


 i really love adventure .but my mom dont . so she always forbid me not to do this and that . and of it is bungee jumping . 

4) travel 


i've been travelling a lot this past year . either in or out of the country , with either my parents or my siblings . but i want to travel with my friends and go abroad . i've went to several places with my friends in the country but not abroad .

STEP TO EXCEL

Assalamualaikum and a very good morning .

my post for today is about steps to be excel 

WHAT IS EXCEL??


it is to be exceptionally good at or proficient in an activity or subject.

As a student . what do we need to aim or to gain to become an excellent students 




1) work hard 

Getting good grades in school is not a walk in the park. A+ Grades cannot be summoned with a flick of the wrist there is a grade you can be proud of. Make sure you understand that.

 2) listen to what teachers says

Listening ultimately lets information or directions to come right in, so you don't have to get up and ask the teacher what he/she said and make them annoyed. Remember the rule: "Silence is Golden, Duct Tape is Silver"

3)stop procrastinating

What is it??  it is delaying or postpone an action .
This gets you nowhere, and just makes you feel overwhelmed or hopeless. It's not worth it!

4) when a test came up , study for it 

 Pick a night you're free and devote it to finding a good way of studying, taking notes, etc. Studying with friends can help tremendously, as long as you can work and accomplish tasks efficiently without getting side-tracked.

5) meet the lecturers personally when you didnt attend to one of their classes

Miss recess for a day . cover back what you have missed . ask your lecturers permission to do extra classes or consultation .

6) do your work 

Never ,make your lecturers angry at you . as it will affect your grades .so do their work . it will benefit you too .  




7. Have the hunger for excellence.
You need to want to achieve excellence. The emphasis here is on what ‘you’ want, not what others want. Make sure the goal is something you set for yourself, because unless it is, chances are you don’t really want it. And if you don’t want the goal badly enough, it doesn’t matter what you try to do since the drive will not be there to keep you moving forward. It’s pointless to sign yourself up for something and put in a half-baked effort, because a) it’s not being true to yourself b) it’s just wasting your time at the end.This is why I always make sure I aim for the best in whatever I set myself to do.
8. Do not limit yourself.
Don’t be afraid to try every single thing that might take you to your goal. In fact, be more concerned about the potential opportunities you might be missing out on when you don’t try something. Opening yourself up to possibilities will enable you to pick up on things which might be fundamental to your success.
9. Go all out; Work really hard.
With every success, comes hard work. Without hard work, you cannot achieve results. People who try to find the easy way out are kidding themselves if they think they can achieve excellence without putting in hard work. If you observe around you, the people who seek out ‘get-rich-quick’ methods are also the very people who don’t achieve much in their lives. Hard work is the universal quality that will pay off in the long-term. Once you invest the due time and effort, the results will start coming in.
