lets start with the food that we eat everyday
1) FOODS
first thing first is , you need to choose what you want to eat in the right amount of cabrs or vitamin and fats that stated in the food pyramid
- choose food that contain less amount of fats
- eat healthy fats in moderation
- choose a food that are low in sugar and highly carbohydrate
- do not eat processed food frequently
- eat variety of different whole food
- it is highly recommended that you buy an organic food .
2) EXERCISES
1 Start and finish your workout with stretching. Gentle stretching will warm up your muscles before you work out and will relax your muscles after you work out.2 Go to the gym 3 to 5 times per week.3 Exercise in your neighborhood.
